Pimm's and Gin Cocktail

Very hot day for this time of year ... refreshing cocktail mandatory!











2 oz Pimm's No.1 Cup
1 oz Gin
Soda Water
Lemon/Mint
Mason Jar (375 ml works best)

Pour over ice.  Drink.  Repeat as necessary.
